DIY Hand Sanitizer

Making your own hand sanitizer is really easy and is a great alternative when every store is out of stock.

Two Recipes below:

70 percent Isopropyl Alcohol
Essential oils such as Peppermint, Cinnamon Bark, Thieves essential oil blend, Rosemary, Eucalyptus
Small spray bottle

Combine several drops of essential oils with the isopropyl alcohol.

Hands down, this is our ABSOLUTE favorite hand sanitizer. It smells amazing and includes aloe vera for a soft, non-drying formula. In a pinch, we will make our own.

You can also use a 99% isopropyl alcohol with aloe vera gel and essential oils. For this recipe, use a 2:1 ratio of alcohol to aloe vera and add the essential oils. You need an alcohol content of at least 65% to be effective at killing germs.
